While the headlights are out, upgrade the projectors too

The chrome in the original projectors fades over the years and the light gets weaker. Our bi-xenon kit for the Audi A6 C5 97-01 works on both low and high beam and fits during the same headlight removal.

For original xenon headlights.

Replacing the cover

How hard is the replacement

How hard it is depends on the adhesive that bonds the lens to the housing. In practice, it is mostly butyl or permanent adhesive.

For a perfect seal, we recommend our butyl sealant. It is easy to work with, and if needed, you can reopen the headlight with a heat gun or in an oven.

Full description

Headlight covers for Audi A6 C5 (4B) pre-facelift, All-road 97 - 01

The original headlight covers often suffer from yellowing, cracks, damage from stones, or weather conditions. Our covers not only fit perfectly but are also coated with a layer of UV-resistant polyurethanewhich protects against future damage and yellowing.

For a perfect seal we recommend 9.5mm x 4.5m butyl gasket. It is easy to work with and if it is necessary you can then simply unstick the light using a heat gun or oven.

The difficulty of replacement depends on the type of adhesive used to bond the cover to the rest of the headlight. In practice, mainly butyl and permanent adhesives are used. Your headlight uses butyl adhesive, so it can be easily separated.

If you're interested, installation of the headlight lenses can be arranged. For a price quote, please contact us via email or reach out to us on social media.
